Who we are
This website belongs to Straight Line Services and B&M Land Management, LLC, Ruleville, Mississippi. Contact: 662-719-7737, bmlandmgmtllc@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send a form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to give us, such as a job address, the service you need and a message. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time. We use this only to answer your request, give you an estimate and do the work.
Who sees it
The people at the two companies who handle estimates and jobs, and the service providers that run this website and our customer messaging system, which store it for us. We do not sell your information or rent it to anyone.
Text messages
If you tick the text message box, you agree to receive customer care texts from Straight Line Services and B&M Land Management about your estimate, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How we protect it
This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted on its way to us. Requests are stored in password-protected business systems, and only the people who need your details to answer your request can see them. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to estimate and do the work and to keep normal business records afterwards.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling 662-719-7737 or emailing bmlandmgmtllc@gmail.com.
